Balkan pop&rock sounds

Back in 1980 "Rolling Stone" stated that Yugoslavia's pop & rock production is third in the world, right after USA & British. I don't know what they realy wanted to say or if is it true but U can hear some of the quality music from my country (not just Serbia but the whole former Yugoslavia)
