Konnichiwa!!  My name is Irezumi-chan!!  ^-^  I am an otaku in the United States!!

My hobbies are drawing, reading manga, listening to Japanese music, learning Japanese, and singing (in many languages including Japanese)!

I like shonen, fantasy, drama, comedy, and a little bit of shojo manga genres!!

I LOVE Alviss, Phantom, and Rolan (from Mär); Kaz, Reki, and Balmung (from .hack Legend of the Twilight); Ryoma (from Prince of Tennis); Itachi (from Naruto); Kiyo and Won Rei (from Zatch Bell!); and DENGAKU MAN (from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobobo) -- HE'S JUST SO KAWAII!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M A MORNING PERSON,and I usually don't stay up much later than 10pm (except on Saturday nights  then I usually stay up until 11), so I probably won't respond to comments after that until the morning!!!!! 

My favorite color is blue (all shades) (I like periwinkle!!!  It's such a cool color!!!) and I dislike the colors yellow, orange, and pink!!!

I use exclamation points often!!  EXCLAMATION POINTS ARE YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!!!! 

I'm either REALLY, REALLY happy or REALLY, REALLY sad (most of the time, happy)!!!  There are no "in-betweens", unless I'm feeling really sleepy!!  Then I'm just bleh!!

Okay,  I CAN get angry......... BUT THAT'S VERY RARE!!!!!!!  I don't think that even Hime-chan has seen me seriously angry before...

So... THERE'S NO NEED TO WORRY!!!! ^-^  I'm really nice and I'm probably more afraid of you than you could EVER be of me!!!!!

My BEST friend is Hime-chan!!!!  If you look to the right (under "friends"), you'll see her!!!!!  (She's listed as mewgrl.) 

Sometimes she calls me Hotaru-chan, I call her Hime-chan!  YOU can call me Irezumi-chan or Hotaru-chan!!!  ^-^ 

The reason for the name (Irezumi-chan) is complicated...  I have a friend who simply had to give everyone a nickname... so she came up with this:

My name (Jenna) rhymes with henna a type of temporary tattoo.  "Henna" sounds too much like my name so I was called Tattoo for some time.  I wanted a Japanese nickname that was unique to me! (Hotaru-chan is the name of an anime/manga character whose personality resembles mine.)  So I found how to say "tattoo" in Japanese and THUS!   Irezumi-chan is now my nickname!!

To be honest..... Even though I used Misha (from Pita-Ten) as my picture I haven't read/watched much of Pita-Ten...

I liked the small amount that I did read though!!!
